Selling your toners to us could not be easier, but we understand that sometimes you may still have questions. Below are answers to our most frequently asked questions, how ever if you cant find the answer you are looking for, please email us.
What happens after I have sent you my toner?
The goods are inspected, we then issue a credit note reporting the details. After this payment is made by BACs or credit.
What toner brands do you buy back?
A wide range of toner brands including Hp, Brother, Oki, Kyocera, Lexmark, Samsung, Canon, Epson, Dell, Ricoh and Xerox.
What information do I need to get a quote from you?
All we need is the toner codes and quantities, please get in touch with the team if you need help getting this information.
What does OEM mean?
Original Equipment Manufacturer.
Do you buy back compatibles?
Unfortunately we don’t, just OEM toners.
Does damaged packaging affect the value?
Yes it can, please see our grading criteria or please speak with one of the team. The grading process will be made clear to you when quoting.
How do I send my toner to you?
We arrange the collection and cover the cost, all we ask you do is to get the toners packed up into a box/boxes so they can be secure in transit. Once they are packed up you need to let us know, we will then send over the consignment notes.
How do I get paid for my toner?
BAC’s, cheque or credit note.
